    • Square Dance Calling 101 & 102, taught by Will Mentor
    • Open Mic Calling with feedback from Will Mentor and Janine Smith
  • Dance workshops
    • Square Dance Time Machine!, taught by Will Mentor - a general survey of squares, with some history and examples of the many varieties, such as Southern, New England, Western, and Transitional
    • Square-ish Dances: Irish Sets & Ceili Dances, taught by Megan Downes
    • Introduction to Flat Footing and Going Beyond the Basics, taught by Megan Downes
    • Waltz, Two Step, and Partner Dance Basics, taught by Megan Downes and Kelsey Sutton
    • Play Party Games, taught by Lucia Schaeffer - ideal for families and callers
  • Music workshops
    • Slow jam, led by Brad Kolodner
    • How to jam, taught by Brad Kolodner
    • Old-time fiddle (intermediate/advanced), taught by Libby Weitnauer

  • Instrument petting zoo - strum a banjo, try out a fiddle, or pluck a few guitar strings
  • Lawn games - bocce, ladder ball, hula hoops, and other diversions
  • Enjoy the park and its natural beauty. Explore miles of hiking trails. a nearby lake, or just admire nature within the largest greenspace located within the metropolitan Washington, D.C., area.​​
