Location
We will be at the beautiful Prince William Forest Park near Triangle, Virginia, a mere 40 minutes south of DC, but worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Our home for the weekend will be Cabin Camp 4 (Camp Pleasant), originally built by the Civilian Conservation Corps and Works Progress Administration workers of the Great Depression. It is a rustic summer camp, complete with a dance hall, sleeping cabins, a mess hall (aka, the kitchen and cafeteria), craft lodges (quite useful for square dancing workshops!), a fire ring, hiking trails, and a nearby lake.
Learn more about the park at: https://www.nps.gov/prwi/planyourvisit/basicinfo.htm
Dogs (except for service animals) are not allowed in any of the Prince William Forest Park cabin camps.

Directions
Cabin Camp 4 is NOT in the main portion of Prince William Forest Park, and not even at the same exit off of I-95. Instead, exit from I-95 at exit 152-B onto Route 234 (Dumfries Road), go approximately 2.5 miles west, and turn left onto Pleasant Road, just after the Prince William Forest RV Campground. Go almost 1 mile on Pleasant Rd to Cabin Camp 4.

Carpooling
Interested in coming but don't have a ride? We're helping to coordinate carpools. Please send us an email at [email protected] if you're looking for a ride or can offer a ride.
If you're arriving by plane and looking for a carpool, please try to schedule an early flight in on Friday and a late flight out on Sunday. Carpools are much harder to find if most people are already at the camp or aren't yet ready to leave!
